Pros

Exposure is good and a lot of technical work is available

Cons

- Ranking system is very flawed - you are ranked compared to your managers and bosses and tend to get the lower end of the straw which affects your salary - Salary starts very high but yearly increment is 3-5% - Leadership lacks training and do not know how to lead the people. - Too much time spent on unnecessary administrative work that adds very little value - Work life balance is ok - sometimes it can be quite quiet in terms of workload but you will be expected to attend a lot of night meetings (9 pm - 12 am) at least 2-3 times a week

Pros

- It is a big company, so you get good work-life balance - They will try to entice during interviews saying they offer business travel and international opportunities. Please don't fall for it, it is a scam - Simply put, the company's main motive in India is to get cheap labor - The company is only going to reward the corrupt and selfish decade old managers. No reward for the hard work of employees. In the name of reward you will at max get a shout-out in the weekly meetings LMAO

Cons

- Lot of backstabbing from managers. Will act very sweet on face, but will stab you in the back during performance assessment - Management is full of some egotist lying ex-pats from America spitting lies - Environment has become toxic with a huge attrition rate - Very low salaries compared to other Industries - Very poor health insurance with low coverage. Health insurance doesn't include parents - If you are a college graduate or an early engineer, please don't waste your time here. You are better off joining some other companies or doing higher studies - If you are an experienced professional, you may spend a few years here, but you will eventually move anyways
