Pros

- Good starting pay - Great development opportunities working for a widely respected company - Good growth opportunities - Very smart and competent colleagues

Cons

- There are 10 layers of management between the entry level engineer roles and the CEO. Each one of them is further removed from the truth of what's actually going on in the company. This leads to a lot of situations where people are working on low value things just to please one of the masters. - Poor leadership in the manufacturing sites. - Extremely political. Everything is all about perception and optics. More so than other companies. - Ranking system is cuthroat and ineffective at retaining talent, causes a lot of stress
