      Tons of opportunities and career paths

      Cons

      -unfair and biased "performance assessement" process, fostering competition and not collaboration - DEI improved over the years but mostly wet paint, no real courage to perform structural needed changes (ie: pay equity audits, incorporate DEI goals into performance reviews, (especially managers), leadership accountability (and tie to their performance assessement)

      - Tend to outsourcing jobs to third parties - Compensation is not great but not that great comparing to jobs we have to do

      Salary level is competitive, good benefits such as health care and pension, work life balance.

      Cons

      profit sharing policy is not agressive (1 salary per year for everybody, performance is not considered), home office is not balanced (employees must work 4 times / week in the office)
