The office is very nice and has actually good ergonomics. Multinational Company Many nice foreign colleagues

Cons

-Extremely low salary and expect salary increase once year, no matter if you earned PhD or got promoted -Management has a very toxic culture so only endorses other toxic people for promotion. -Controllers on 2nd and especially 1st floor are extremely overworked, stressed and miserable
