Pros
I did not see anything more interesting other than a good salary/package.. sometimes you get good business trips.
Cons
Bad work culture. The Reliance culture is rooted in. There is no scope for innovative ideas, nor freedom to execute tasks how one is interested. Narrow minds of supervisors will make things scary. No transparency on how people get promoted as Supervisors.
