There are annual review cycle that is very competitive, the low performer will get PIP or separation scheme. Do not expect work life balance in XOM as the schedule is very demanding, we need to work day (9am- 5pm) in the KL office and night (8pm - 12am) to support America/Canada region from home. Very little support for training. Supervisors rotate in and out frequently so nobody really lives with the consequences of their decisions.
