      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, decent job security, decent opportunities.

      Cons

      Noisy office environment, floating desks arrangement have to plug in/out new locations most days, very little wfh. Jobs around you constantly being outsourced, get treated like a child doing redundant tasks.
