Pros

There are absolutely none here.

Cons

New owner Terrence D Black is a sales men. He will sale you on a dream and not deliver what he sold you on. He doesn’t compensate at market rate. He also doesn’t hold up his end of any deal he makes. Don’t work here. Very unorganized because he doesn’t know what he does an his leadership reflects his team. Poor leadership. Under market rate pay for internal employees. Makes promises to get you onboard then doesn’t deliver.

Great Growth Opportunity- Awful Ownership/Management

Pros

This company offers great growth opportunities, primarily because the internal turnover rate is so high. They'll take minimal experience so it's a good job right out of college.

Cons

Ownership/management is really good at cultivating an atmosphere of resentment. Management leaves every day at lunch to go grocery shopping while all other employees are expected to work through lunch. Internal team is given very little actual support; management will say all the right things but will never follow through. Management doesn't take any responsibility for issues that arise and love to use lower level employees as scapegoats. Training is terrible. Management does not do any training of new employees. Instead, current employees that are already overwhelmed with work are expected to take time out of their day to train, and are criticized when they don't meet the metrics for the day. No actual pay scale, either. They'll pay a brand new employee with no relevant experience the same as an employee who has been with the company for two years. Internal culture looks like a sorority. Most of the employees are young white women under 30.

Pros

It is a job so you get paid and has benefits

Cons

It’s showing how it is to work there since people come in and leave within a few years. Low pay with long hours and demanding work
