      Pros

      Great place to build a resume and to get a good understanding of the business world. An overall great learning experience. It's always nice building relationship with clients.

      Cons

      It is a job that requires ability to handle serious stress. Depending upon your office, you may be extremely micromanaged. By this i mean your boss will listen to your every conversation (its like repeating your first high school speech everyday...). You have to limit your concern with work or it will become overbearing (an associates failure is viewed as your own).

      Pros

      Family culture is great, everyone is part of a larger mission. Employees feel like they are a part of something larger than themselves. Great company in a great industry that has a lot of potential for growth in the coming years, across the United States but also around the world. The key to business success is finding good people for your company and Express fills that role for a number of companies around the country and the world as well.

      Cons

      Upside potential is limited, family members are also involved. Work flexibility is a little limited in terms of work hours, time away from work, etc.

      Pros

      Each Express office is locally owned. I am honored to be within a regional group with a wealth of expertise among leadreship, and a willngness to coach and develop. There are opportunities for advancement and ownership. This is a very rewarding of an industry - I am able to go home each night knowing that I helped someone find a great job! This is my 3rd career since graduating from college, and as of right now will be my last.

      Cons

      time consuming, if you are not willing to put in an honest day of work or are not a team player, then this may not be a good fit for you.
