It was humiliating and degrading experience that I would not wish on anybody.
Pros
If you are a non minority who is Christian and attractive I believe this would be an excellent place to work. The pay is great for a person who is fresh out of school looking to get her feet wet.
Cons
There are several things I did not like. The way they talk about temps is horrible. Temps are people too they deserve to be treated with respect. Although the training on the computer was fair. The in person training is completely lacking. It is not okay to when you are supposed to be training someone who has never done this type of work before to literally walk away laughing when they ask you a question. That was a demeaning experience. She literally on the first day would not answer any questions and laughed in my face. It made me feel dirty like I was less than a person. Futhermore just the way I was hired was confusing and unprofessional. What kind of company makes you interview for one job gives you another job that you have no experiece in, you tell them you have no experience and you actually though you were getting hired for the first job, they say no they like you we want you full time in the office and not as a temp. a day later rescends that to half time, pays you less than the other person they hired for the second job ( in the office), tries to get you to quit your side job(i was wary so I said no thank God!) then two weeks later fires you during training with no warning for not having experience. It was cruel and mean sprirted and it definitely not okay to treat people like that.
