Pros

Easy to get an assignment. Weekly payroll checks. Many opportunities. Excellent employee support

Cons

Work availability not consistent. Client companies generally have immediate short term needs for employees but cannot or do not want to commit to a permanent employee. This was frustrating for me as an associate.

Pros

Strong company with good values. Lots of online training material. A good employment firm compared to some dicey competition.

Cons

All offices are independently owned. BEWARE of small offices since the owners usually won't have adequate time to train properly, and be overly stressed about numbers constantly since it's their own money they've invested in the business. VERY FOCUSED on sales/numbers... constant pressure on staff to make more calls, more interviews, more appointments, more clients, etc. Once heard an owner actually say they regretted getting into the business as they didn't realize the amount of sales involved.
