      Great perople, great managers, great pay rate for a fresher and got to learn a lot

      Cons

      There is no specific technical team, some times you have to some strange non technical stuff along with coding as well.

      - good benefits -work hours are not so bad - pay is descent - fun break room

      Cons

      - technology is outdated, was coding in asp.net 1.0 without a valid doc type - many of the web developers were incompetent - senior managers of no clue of web technology - if you want to grow as a web developer this place is not where you want to be.
