Pros

-Flexible working policies is one of the best I've seen. -Life/work balance -Some fun events like team days and payday drinks -In the last couple years development practices have really improved and sr management are somewhat embracing agile.

Cons

-Technical ability of some engineering teams depend on the team you work in, same goes for product leadership. -Despite spending 3 days every quarter planning for an increment a sr management whim can ruin it and you're back to building something completely new. -Laptops/internet connection really needs an overhaul

Pros

Pretty flexible and has a sense of achievement working in the company

Cons

As with many MNCs, has too much red tape and a culture where new technologies are not widely accepted

Pros

What i like about working here is that the company is using some of the latest technologies and architecture. We are encouraged to research and suggest on new technologies to adapt to our implementation. There are always more things to learn and discover. I was actually been treated with respect, people would actually take consideration on my suggestion and would help me to implement those even though i was new to to team back then. Career development is pretty solid, i was given an equal and ample chances to prove myself within the organizations. Beside that, they also have a continuous training program that improves both my technical and soft skills.

Cons

Job prioritization is abit wonky. They said SECURITY is always FIRST PRIORITY, but in reality dateline is first priority, quality also first priority, everything else also first priority
