* The company does provide a pretty good work-life balance * Achieving goals as a team and have a lot of support from the team to get work done * Exposure to many technologies and allow me to hands-on with them * Friendly and chatty colleagues * Take application testing very seriously which plays a very crucial role to deliver quality software * Quite matured development practices * Very collaborative among teammates * Transparent about business performance, pays etc.
