Very nice and friendly environment to work in. Learning and getting up to speed process is quick. Development management is great and provides opportunities for new starters to get their hands dirty and improve much quicker than other places. Bonuses and perks of the company are great. A lot of work in different areas, so it is always interesting.

Cons

Large company, so sometimes management requests can be a bit slow.
