Things move fast for live production apps. Fair bit of new tech used, so not archaic.

Cons

A lot of passive aggression in the team. Ignored messages, and a lot of business jargon thrown around and expected to be understood by an uninitiated member. Apparently you're supposed to ask for a KT instead of them giving you one.
