Over all a solid company to work for

Pros

Excellent flexible working options (nice office too, for the occasional visits) Direct managers are excellent (best I've ever worked with) Lots of opportunity for growth with very supportive managers and great training options Work life balance if very good

Cons

Lack of transparency around redundancies Pay has not gone up with inflation and is no longer competitive End of year bonus and pay reviews don't seem very fair
