Pros

People focus and culture - leadership do make this the highest priority Lots of opportunity - there's always change which creates opportunity A big business now after the acquisition of illion - a lot of investment and focus from the global business. Flexibility of working is exceptional.

Cons

Larger base salaries are available on the market (somewhat outweighed by the wider employee benefits, which are extensive).

Pros

The company understands my personal situation (& everyone else) and allows me to manage my work in a manner that aligns with my situation, especially at short notice. The managers understand we will manage our deadlines & priorities even when personal situations effect us at short notice, with our team members stepping up to assist and prioritise work. Great benefits, with an excellent overall package

Cons

Salary is competitive but not top tier but all other benefits make the package and overall offer top tier.

Pros

Experian offers a great work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements that make it easy to manage personal and professional commitments. The culture is friendly and supportive, and if you are a high performer, there are good opportunities for growth within the business. As a product manager, I found that I had a fair amount of autonomy to make decisions and apply my skills in meaningful ways, which made the role both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

The downside is that the company can be quite risk-averse, which creates a lot of red tape, especially when it comes to exploring new technologies like generative AI. Pay tends to be average compared to the market. The business is heavily sales-led, there are frequent shifts in strategy that can sometimes make long-term planning and strategies difficult.
