We're disappointed to see that you felt there was a lack of growth - we have clear learning programmes and career pathways and regular development conversations are integral to our culture. We pride ourselves on the resources and education that we provide to line managers in this area and a big portion of our internal recruitment in the UK are internal moves/development opportunities and promotions. That said, we appreciate that you were disappointed with your experience. We absolutely don't expect any of our colleagues to work outside of their contracted hours in order to progress, and we also appreciate that the last few months in particular have been difficult and uncertain, but regardless all of our employees should feel valued.
