Pros

- Lots of smart, hard working people - Good set of benefits

Cons

- Entry pay package might be competative but with time the company starts lagging behind others with pay, do not count for salary increases here. It's not happening - End of Year reviews are not based on your output but based on which managers you know and are buddies with (as well as how capable your manager is). This also affects your chances for progression and bonuses - Career progression is a joke - Lots of micromanagement and repeated admin tasks - Lack of clear communication channels - Higher management is absolutley clueless about direction and plans - Meetings for meetings - Highly technical decisions made by non technical people outright ignoring specialists because they think they know better - Quite a few questionable and untrustworthy characters in management - Poor care about employee wellbeing and mental heatlh - Continiously increase of employee survailance - Endless "restructuring" and offshoring - Forced feedback - but of course don't be too honest because you'll be told off about it - Buzz words - whole management runs on it - Gaslighting redundant employees - managers are trying to squeeze every ounce of energy and work out of redundant employees even telling them lies - No overtime, but if something happens or poor deadline has to be reached expect to be requested to work even during your time off. In most cases you can claw the time back, but managers can also be VERY funny with this and sometimes you literally have to argue for your time back - Untrustworthy HR

Pros

Experian Malaysia has been an incredibly supportive place for my career growth. The flexibility offered here has made a huge difference in helping me balance work, life, and family without feeling like I have to compromise any of them. Leadership sponsorship has also been a major part of my development. Leaders are approachable, empowering, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. Because of this environment, I’ve been able to progress steadily and confidently.

Cons

With the current reorganisation, there’s naturally some uncertainty. Change is the only constant, and I’m hopeful that the upcoming structural shifts will encourage even stronger collaboration rather than creating more silos.
