Pros

Hybrid - If that is your preference

Cons

Hybrid - Not my preference, I am new to the organisation and going into the office only once a week. I believe this is delaying my integration into the team

Pros

Great pay and benefits, Loved working from home.

Cons

Annual pay increase is below national average (less than 3%). Lack of transparency, even though they harp on being a transparent company. Terrible severance package. You only get a week of severance pay for every year. They only promote the same individuals within the organization as well.
