Pros

Good people to work with, decent benefits

Cons

Experian Marketing Services reorgs some 2x a years and heads always roll as they focus on making the Ebit number. That's the one thing you can always count on. A lack of strategic direction and difficulty in getting the various business units to work effectively together.

Cons

Experian is a very complex organization and very matrixed which makes it difficult to work with certain business lines.

Pros

Good place to retire, very competitive pay and great benefits.

Cons

Management hiding behind "processes" to kill productivity. Since they are essentially have a monopoly (yes I know there are two other bureaus), they easily get away with total lack of innovation. Obsolete tools, technology use and automation.
