Pros

Senior management has been stable and they have done a good job growing. The brand is known. The general business impression of the brand is almost entirely positive.

Cons

Like other companies that grew by acquisition - not sure the bigger picture "synergies" have (or will) materialize any time soon. Plus, like other large companies they hire a lot from the outside.

Pros

- Great place to learn sales skills - Many of your colleagues will become your friends if you are around 23-30.

Cons

- Company is performing poorly - Senior management is a joke and can't help out with much - High expectations. In order to be successful, you have to work long hours and there is a lot of pressure. - HR is a joke - They've cut opportunities to make money which is laughable
