Pros

Name recognition. Good benefits. Decent salary. Sharesaver Stocks. Free access to paid services like protectmyid.com and freecreditscore.com. There are also employee discount programs.

Cons

There have been many changes to Experian Marketing Services business in the last 3 years. Lots of mergers and sales. This causes a feeling of uncertainty among employees.

Pros

I interned at Experian Japan, and had a good experience during my 2 months there. People in my team were really nice and supportive. Since Experian is a global group, I had chance to work with team in other countries, and learned a lot about their works as well. Overall, I learned a lot and had great time there.

Cons

As a Japanese companies, overtime is still the norm here.
