Pros

- good compensation and benefits - flexible work schedule - ethical company, they have good intentions but are so risk-averse that the company gets stuck in neutral while competitors accelerate

Cons

- difficult organization to navigate if you don't know who to go to, too much "decision by committee" - high turnover - too many changes in strategic direction causes confusion

Pros

The benefits are good, health care, share save and pensions. It is a company that appreciates and rewards results. As with all corporates it is undergoing constant change and improvement.

Cons

A bit of an email and meetings for meetings sake culture.
