Pros

Interesting technology. Almost scary to see how web usage is tracked. A lot of really dedicated people to work with. Benefits were good. I enjoyed seeing the various aspects of email marketing.

Cons

Too many tasks required more time than was scheduled for completion. No support from management when deadlines were unreasonable. The work/life balance seemed to not exist for many of the positions that I interacted with, as well as within my department. Management made some technology decisions that are not working out, and are hurting the brand.

Pros

Compensation and benefits. Communication is clear and opportunities to move to different positions are real. The products are great and getting better.

Cons

Terrible managers. Old fashioned company and management style. Lots and lots of employees who don't even know what they ara doing over there.
