Cons
A lot of changes but with the recent explanations and vision around the Marketing Suite these changes make more sense. For those on the frontlines in client services, we need better leadership. The exposure to senior management has been welcomed and applauded; however, we need our day to day management to be more involved and proactively communicating important aspects to the marketing suite.
