Low morale, siloed teams

Pros

Decent benefits but they’re pretty much industry standard

Cons

Low pay and very poor chance of pay rises or promotions once you start. Very regular redundancies so teams have low morale and there is a constant fear of losing your job. Blame culture and people don’t take responsibility for their actions. Teams are siloed and have no idea what is going on elsewhere. Jobs being offshored to India and Bulgaria. Also, soon after you join they email to ask you to leave a review on Glassdoor. People will rarely give a bad review for a company they just joined which I think is likely responsible for lots of the positive reviews on here, so I’d take them with a pinch of salt.
