      Pros

      Bupa, flexi working, working from home, budget for engagement, team building, fuss at Christmas, decent annual leave, really decent maternity package, significant referral fee for introducing new staff, sharesave always pays well, bonus and pay reward scheme is really good, nice people to work with, nice office with good facilities, great for career progression and likes to empower and support existing staff with climbing up.

      Cons

      Sometimes improvements to tech can take a really long time to get changed. HR policies don't appear updated frequently and when they are it's not communicated out as well as it could be for those who people manage - for example our absence policy with Covid-19 changed often but never announced.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great, everyone makes you feel welcome and try to help you any way they can. Since day one you have all you need to start, and even more that you need. Good benefits and they make sure you have good work/ life balance
