Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

It is getting more and more difficult to make logic in this place…. Difficulty in explaining in what customer want to product. All they want to do is something new, and don’t understand that existing customers need to be catered to. People who run strategy have no idea about Bureau business. customers will go away. understand the business/products first. Making only presentations and ideas from startup’s around you is not going to scale Experian in India.

Thanks for your review. Pleased to read you enjoy working with great people. As an engaged employer on Glassdoor we periodically respond to reviews across the platform, irrespective of rating. We can't edit reviews, nor can we (or do we) coerce reviews from employees, either through incentivising or penalising them to do so. We're proud that 75%+ of all our reviews on here are 4 or 5 stars, thankfully more 5 than 4... simply put, that fairly reflects the great 'people first' organisation we are. I'd love to know more about your points of view, please reach out to me on doug.kelsall@experian.com
