Pros

I love working at Experian, have been here for 2 years in the Consumer Services side. Excellent colleagues to work beside every day. Ideas can come from anywhere and are encouraged. There is a "work hard, play hard," vibe, and with our bonus structure everyone is on the same page, trying to achieve targets. Culture is outstanding. My work life balance has never been better. There are opportunities to grow your career in the direction you want. There is a very deep commitment to diversity, with numerous resource groups including Women in Experian, Pride, Black Professionals, Asian American, and ASPIRE (mental health) to name some.

Cons

Not many downsides, but we do need more clarity on how we get to the next level/promotions etc. Though it's rare in my opinion, some managers spend more time "managing up" than taking care of their reports.

Pros

- Genuine people who care about contributing to a positive, healthy culture (even in a remote environment). - Low drama, supportive management, no micromanagement - Managers who create opportunity for upward motion, which has been a game changer for my career. - Fair compensation and great benefits (especially PTO)

Cons

I've heard that the culture at Experian can vary depending on which business unit you end up in - I work in Experian Health, which has an excellent reputation culturally... may not be true everywhere however.

Pros

The pay and benefits are decent and they allow flexible working

Cons

Managers are happy to work people to the bone blame everyone else but themselves and then talk about care and inclusivity. Absolute joke. They are trying to change the culture but that starts at the top. People are leaving to avoid going off sick for stress or ill health because of the stress all the time.

We are sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience. Our recent internal survey results tells us that a really high percentage of employees think Experian is a truly great place to work and we want everyone to share that same positive experience. We take feedback seriously so we would like to encourage you to speak with your HR Business Partner so we can review any advice to take onboard. Many thanks
