Pros

Private insurance and were responsible with salary.

Cons

Poor HR support – often unresponsive or biased toward management. Management engages in harassment and fosters a toxic work culture. Inconsistent and poorly structured training processes. Expectation of unpaid extra hours, often without notice. Sudden and unexplained terminations with no prior warnings. Employees receive formal warnings simply for asking questions in meetings. Lack of clear, unified processes across teams and departments. Metrics and performance evaluations are inconsistent and subjective. Previous legal action with the Ministry of Labor due to workplace misconduct.

Pros

Pros included the speed at which the recruiter and hiring folks wanted to move in the process. I spoke to 5 different people during the hiring process - 1st discussion was with the recruiter for an initial screen, and the remaining 5 people were hiring managers and folks I would be working with. Each discussion was no more than 30 minutes, and I spoke to all folks in a matter of 2 weeks. The recruiter communicated that the team wanted to move quickly, at which I agreed and was excited for.

Cons

After my last interview, I sent a follow up email to the recruiter detailing how my discussion went and how I was excited about next steps. The recruiter responded that she would reach out to the hiring manager about next steps. 1 week goes by and I reach out to the recruiter requesting an update. Recruiter calls me, unexpectantly, 2 1/2 weeks later at 5:30PM on a Friday. I missed the call and sent an email suggesting we set up a scheduled time to talk so I could expect a call. I received no response. 2+ months later, the recruiter emails me at 5PM on a Friday asking if I am available to chat about an update. This experience was very disappointing. To be such a well known and established company, I anticipated that clear communication would be a basic skill set that Experian employees apply to their work. This was not my experience. This experience has deterred my interest for working at this company.
