Pros

Made very few friends here .. but those I made .. I made for life

Cons

I have never worked with a more sensitive and sensible hr professional yet in my career.she became my very close friend and a confidant of many employees in her short stint in experian. she was a like a fresh breeze in this stale office atmosphere.she was just what the employees needed and were missing in their hr.But her presence was very shortlived as her compassion and care for others was looked down and ridiculed by her own team members. She and anyone else she was close to in her team were treated as outcasts. So she decided to leave the organisation with her dignity intact even though she had no job and was raising a young child by herself. What happened in that team and to those people who raised questions on the functioning of hr and what it’s role should actually be .. has been quietly buried and not talked about. They were systematically eliminated for questioning authority. And that sums up pretty much what’s happening in this organization.

Pros

Only pro I can think of pertains to the benefits which are reasonable for a company of this size.

Cons

The company, more specifically Targeting has high employee turn-over due to the toxic environment created by financial leaders. For example, I have a religious obligation on Friday’s and on more than one occasion, I was reminded that it is inappropriate to engage in religious prayer during company hours. In addition, the company offers no flexibility – you are expected to be at work by 8:00 AM and cannot leave until 6:00 PM. The hours matter more than productivity and quality of work delivered. Targeting senior financial leadership also makes inappropriate remarks and considers themselves superior to others. The functional teams do not function as a collective unit. Therefore, many obstacles need to be overcome in order to complete an objective. These are some of the reasons why high performing employees, including myself are exiting the organization.
