Pros

- Stability, benefits, protection, and opportunity. - High performing goals - Innovative products - A company that wants to be mission-based and does the work to sell that idea. - Hybrid work environment

Cons

- The culture shift as the company expanded, turned toxic - In leadership, there is an in-crowd and an out crowd, which means the supporting mid-level managers' work doesn't get seen or supported. - Leaders who have had low approval score or eNPS scores have been allowed to stay for too long. Even after many HR violations and discussions. - Consistent annual layoffs over the last 3 years. Some layoffs look as if the in-crowd is cutting the out-crowd. - The gossip train can lead to leadership decision making. - No conflict resolution.
