Pros

Very flexible, people are generally really helpful. Usual corporate benefits.

Cons

Products are awful and unreliable. Management don't have experience in people management or HR policies. General management support isn't available Too many unnecessary processes. For a Project Manager, it's a tough place to work, you have constant internal battles. Whether its fighting for resources, a proper structure or even just support.

Pros

As an FCA accredited business and many clients using existing bureau based services financial services and consumer business clients will nearly always take a meeting.

Cons

Where do I start. Lots of inexperienced younger people in the division I joined who seem to be in “management” positions but really don’t have a clue. The team I joined we decimated by redundancies in 9 months. Think they know all about “sales” but actually many are renewing stuff not actually selling new value. Senior management toxic, abusive and threatening. Customer NPS scores are very low. You can be in account management but not have any accounts! Products that are “new” and exciting are really just a rehash of the old stuff with a new marketing spin. Often these are half built. Team members can be hear today / gone tomorrow. Targets are set by accountants and are massively disproportionate to reality creating huge stress in the workplace. People are generally used and abused it seems in a place that is supposed to represent a brand of integrity.
