Hearing that you feel there was prejudice during your time with us is extremely troubling as we pride ourselves on zero tolerance in this area and have even been named as one of the Top 100 Best Workplaces for Diversity by Fortune.       Pros

      Experian gives importance to it's people and considers them as the biggest priority. During these tough times they have practised what they have been saying these years. The organisation supports people who want to explore their strengths outside of their core jobs. All the leaders are approachable and work to support individuals. The leaders inculcate values that only help in professional but also in our day to day lives. The teams help each other and celebrate success together. The HR team and lead are continuously does a splendid job in listening to people and guiding where required.

      Cons

      Every organization has its learning but the best is that the feedback is taken positively and worked in the interest of the teams.
