      Pros

      Good brand in Global but not in India Employee Activities are good Salary and Bonus were on time Enjoyed working a lot with lot of growth opportunity ( Yes I was close to my ex-peers and only ex-peers are promoted :) )

      Cons

      Sales focussed organisation, so dnt expect HR will even care to solve inter-personal and professional issues, they are nt incentived for employee welfare and growth here so if you are joining in assumption HR will take care forget it !!, they will do only what suits seniors. So ranting on glassdoor abt HR Drama and they solving your issues nothing will happen and forget it India growth story is limited and will hit brake soon as there is no product innovation based in APAC ( X-Labs is joke and hasnt served its purpose ) Office infrastructure is not great compared to other Offices of Experian in Globe

      Great Company - Excellent Culture Sales Culture

      Pros

      I've worked in sales for 11 years and have been lucky to start working with Experian 8 months ago. I've worked for a handful of companies and I can say that anyone who understands sales/sales teams/culture would recognize that Experian is doing everything right. Everyone is dedicated to performing their best, continually improving and motivating/assisting the eachtoher to bring their best. My current boss (who is the best boss I've ever had) mentioned to me during the interview "when you're around people performing their best, it automatically makes you want to perform your best". I'm the kind of person who enjoys this kind of atmosphere. The management are realistic, empathic and dedicated to developing your abilities. The culture of this company here in Aus should be a case study for how sales teams should operate. Really and truly I'm very grateful for this role. Salary is great. Managment is great. Team Atmosphere is great.

      Pros

      Right from the interview to onboarding, the HRs as well as the business teams made sure that the process went really smooth. The HRs were just a call away to help me with any query. Really appreciate the pace and smoothness of the entire process.

      I've joined recently. So yet to figure out if there's any!
