Pros

Work life balance, starting pay and benefits, friendly team and supportive manager

Cons

No career advancement path, annual raises are based off of a grid and you have no say, no ability to negotiate, and the raises are small. Annual layoffs every March leave everyone nervous the entire year, employees seem aloof and distracted, no automation (this has been changing recently), culture of do anything for any client no matter how manual or custom (which is why there is no automation), meetings....everyone wants to invite everyone else to their meeting with no agenda, action items, or purpose.

Pros

Hardly any at the moment. There are still a few good people left and the family policies are great.

Cons

Was a good company to work for about 2 years ago but now they have brought in new leaders in many areas. Some of these new Directors have brought a toxic culture: people being "promoted" to fancy job titles with more responsibilities but no extra pay, existing roles being downgraded in grade etc. A lot of people are resigning or actively job hunting because it has become so bad, especially ID&F.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your long tenure with Experian—we truly value the contribution and commitment you’ve shown over the years. We’re disappointed to hear that your recent experience hasn’t reflected the positive culture we strive to maintain. We appreciate you recognising our family-friendly policies and the great people you still work alongside. These remain core to who we are, and we’re committed to ensuring they continue to define the Experian experience. Your concerns about culture and leadership changes are taken seriously. We want to turn this 2-star experience into a more positive one for you again. Please consider reaching out to our HR team so we can better understand your perspective and work together on solutions. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve and ensure that recognition aligns with every employee’s experience. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of Experian
