Business Outlook
Pros
The environment at Experian has really put a dent in my overall moral. So it is difficult for me to see the good in this company. However, I can say that one of the things that I truly enjoy about working with Experian are my coworkers. There are some really good people at Experian. But that is about it.
Cons
The biggest issue that I have with Experian is the lack of work life balance. But, this kind of makes sense because a lot of the managers tend to practice micromanagement. Another issue that I have is that the workload is astronomical. This is not a bad thing, but leadership seems to focus more on punishing for not completing without trying to find a better way to manage.
