Pros

Leadership are really kind and supportive, there is a lovely culture and focus on mentorship in the company. There is a gender imbalance but they do focus on empowering women. Big focus on training and upskilling.

Cons

In sales roles, there is a high performance team environment with monthly targets and publishing of a results leaderboard to the department. Can be quite intense and high pressure. Very steep learning curve for new hires.

Pros

Very good maternity leave and big enough to not fire you if you miss target

Cons

There's an arrogance to the company that underpays sales teams, much lower than equivalents (TransUnion, Salesforce, Oracle, GBG etc)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to see you appreciate our offerings, such as maternity leave, which we have recently made several improvements to. We're sorry to hear your comments on pay. Rest assured we review salaries annually and keep them in line with current market trends.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! Your feedback is hugely valuable. With regards to working in the office, for some time now we have operated flexible working practices. For the past 12-13 months during the Covid 19 outbreak, we have been following government guidelines regarding working from home and where it was permitted to do so, some employees have worked from the office where it was either a job requirement (i.e key workers) or the employee could not sustain working from home and elected to work in the office. Offices followed strict Covid-19 safety procedures when they were open. Over the coming weeks more information will be shared around the future of work at Experian, and flexibility continues to be at the centre of our culture as we know that this is important to our people. In parallel we will continue to balance the needs of our customers to ensure we continue to offer the excellent products and services that we are recognised for in a safe and secure manner. If you are looking for a role with flexibility on the location or working pattern, please don't hesitate to check out our careers page! - Employer Brand Manager
