      Hiring and On-boarding process

      Pros

      The hiring process was wonderful. On-boarding is easily streamlined and effectively delivered to ensure employee success . Getting the essentials out of the way first. Everyone here is authentic and loves what they do. Managers take time out of there day to helping you if needed.

      A challenging but fun place to work

      Pros

      The office has a great culture with regular social events. A beer fridge that opens at 4pm on Fridays. Flexibility (depending on your manager) The work is interesting and is challenging

      Cons

      Salary is a little bit below the market rate but the bonus component is quite substantial. Strictly numbers driven Change is constant
