- Health insurance - Professional onboarding process - Many fellow employees were pleasant to work with and I even created long term friendships with

Cons

- Extremely high demand and stressful environment for low pay - Supervisors enforced unrealistic expectations, lashed out for trivial mistakes, and were a source of regular anxiety. - I was often questioning my self worth working here; often struggling to get out of bed in the morning - Any creative decisions that deviated from the company's strict status quo was often dismissed. Several of my suggested ideas were even hand-waved, as if suggested by a child

I love working at EDI! My coworkers are amazing and kind, and I love working with doctors who are passionate about improving medicine. I have a fantastic boss who is well trained and supportive of my career advancement. The president of the company knows everyone's name and about them. She will even stop by and chat, ask about your kids. They have been so wonderful and flexible during the pandemic with supporting staff. Most all staff have the option to be remote during the pandemic and there are great safety protocols for those who choose to go in. Strong commitment to professional development. When we are in the office, the downtown location is fantastic and the building is a really nice place to work. They also offer a CSA farm box delivered the office, a fun perk for those who love organic veggies!

Cons

The PTO is standard. I wish there was more opportunity to earn days off. Dedicated sick time would be nice too.
