If you are lucky enough to end up on a solid client, your job can be very stable with a great team and mentorship from managers.

Cons

If you end up on a volatile client, your team and leadership will have a lot of turnover and it will be hard to feel stable with so much turnover.

Fake work environment - no diversity. Be prepared to write SOPs for the "non-profit" you work for as you train. Be expected to be able to afford your own laptop upon hiring :)
