decent pay decent benifits. they dont lay off

Cons

hours suck. management in Wichita is horrible. Unorganized. They hide a lot. A lot is swept under the rug so cooperate doesn't find out. They will fire you for nearly anything so they don't have to own up to it. If you work hard you will not be promoted you will just obtain more work for no pay raise. Your "bonus" is a joke and a slap in the face for the time you put in out here. Watch your back environment.
