      Pros

      - R&D investments, cowork behavior, salary and benefits - some professionals are really good

      Cons

      - diversity is just for marketing to increase the value of shares, in the practical life several people are intolerant to the differences and very preconscious. Somebody should tell evonik that diversity is not only mix people from different cultures or increase number of women. - openess and speed are not a reality

      Good work time. Work life balance. Nice office environment. Friendly managers.

      Cons

      Work scope sometimes not clear. Not much Career path under facilities unless progress to plant engineering. Good transport to and from home.

      Pros

      Colleagues are really nice, hybrid working, flexible benefits not too bad

      Cons

      Poor management style. Unless you like being micromanage, having a boss that got trust issue, putting her in your emails give you anxiety attacks, cannot go against her, feeding her with pleasing and nice words .. feel free to join this particular department if you feel that life has been treating you too good that you want bad days in your life.
