      Good Pay. Benefits are okay. Work is rewarding. There isnt a lot of oversite which is nice for a self-starter.

      Cons

      People are sometimes a pain to work with. Managers are okay.

      Great international company with a large interactive online community. Lots of modern resources and collaboration. Access to innovation competitions. Great support and access to resources. Truly encouraging to all employees.

      Cons

      Birmingham location is contract driven. Provider of third-party services and development. Appears to be in perpetual rebuilding stage.
