- Flexible work arrangement, Hybrid mode - Good colleagues - Flexi Benefit

Cons

- Many politics from Germany side, very difficult to work with. - KPI that is impossible to achieve - Organization too many Directors/Head or reporting line, have to report the same matters to different people every time. - Too many non-value added meeting/discussion/initiative and also to provide update to the Head, so they can update to the next level. Plenty of dramas await.
