      Laid back. Work from home benefit at all levels.

      Cons

      Place looks good only on surface due to Evonik's name. Ignored and left unchecked. Band aids all over. Some known spills are not reported intentionally. Becoming a sub standard site. Safety appears to be just a slogan. No accountability. Unit operations appears to be overstaffed. Low morale. You will come across some conflict of interests situations. Employees openly abuse work from home privilege. Generally, lot of talk on all fronts for improvement, but not enough action.
