      Lots of Team Building Opportunities Bonuses are a thing Relatively good working atmosphere Employees are great to work with Very good healthcare benefits and vacation. Safety is a priority

      Difficult to advance beyond your current position unless you relocate to another site. Pay is on the lower end of average for the area. Some secrecy between upper management and employees. Popularity valued just as much if not more than merit.
