Overtime hours avg 400-700 hours a year No room for employee growth or thoughts on process productivity/troubleshooting acknowledged if you’re not in the clique 3-2-2-3 shift schedule swapping from nights to day each time led to overall fatigue. Needs to be 2 weeks of nights and 2 weeks of days. HR is an overall joke, they used to be superb until COVID and the new site manager. Preach safety but turn a blind eye when it’s convenient to reach production. Then fault the operators or maintenance personnel if something happens.
